Jeff Olson

Vice President Connectivity and Co-Founder

Jeff is an American urban architect who dedicated his career to alternative  transportation, and became a founder of the largest bike share system in North America, New York City’s CitiBike.  He is a co-founder of re:Charge-e.

Julien Bouget

CEO and Co-Founder

Julien is a French-American physicist dedicated to renewable energy and alternative transportation. re:Charge-e is Julien’s brainchild. The original idea came while working on offshore wind projects in New York City when CitiBike was first deployed.

Finance Manager

Sara Morse is re:Charge’s Finance and Accounting Manager. Sara brings re:Charge over a decade of experience in financial planning and analysis from firms throughout the northeast.

Senior Advisor

Dan Fitzgerald is currently Principal of Short Fifth Consulting LLC, where he consults with clients on select engagements in the areas of energy, software, business development, and general project management. Prior to founding Short Fifth, Dan was Cofounder and Chief Operating Officer of Key Capture Energy, one of the country’s leading energy storage companies. 

David Gibson

Director of Strategy

A former Army officer, McKinsey consultant, and founder/CEO, David brings to re:Charge experience in strategic analysis and the ability to act decisively in conditions of uncertainty. David can attract and analyze a variety of funding opportunities.

Eric Gilliland

Advisor

Eric has over 20 years of experience in urban mobility operations.  Eric led the development of the first large-scale bikeshare system in the US and later managed the eastern region for Motivate, the largest bike share operator in the US.
